Hello!
I am Mita

(pronounced as Mi-tah, meaning "unique friend" in Sanskrit)

Passionate Artist-Educator

I’m a creative practitioner, facilitator and Early Years educator who loves making and believes learning should always feel joyful and inspiring. I design workshops and lesson plans that spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young children, and I’m happiest when I see them exploring, experimenting, and surprising themselves with what they can do. I also love weaving stories between the past and the future, and hearing children tell their own stories in their own way. As Albert Einstein said, if a child can tell you a story one day, they will be able to write one.

I work closely with museums, galleries, and creative teams, bringing early years education into new spaces. Collaboration is really important to me, and I believe learning should be inclusive and accessible for everyone.

I’m also passionate about school readiness. Over the years I’ve seen how much it matters for children to feel confident as they move into school, and how much parents value practical, creative support at that stage. I love sharing ideas and hands-on activities that help children build those key skills in fun and meaningful ways.

At the heart of everything I do is a love of making and storytelling, and a belief that learning should feel like an adventure, opening up possibilities and giving children the confidence to keep exploring.
